What the hell is this? Why is auto-suggest giving me an emoji that I have never used, ever? And, why the hell is it the “Loudly Crying Face” emoji?

There is no negative emotional inference to be made from the text I just wrote. None at all.
A yellow face with an open mouth wailing and streams of heavy tears flowing from closed eyes. May convey inconsolable grief but also other intense feelings, such as uncontrollable laughter, pride or overwhelming joy. In March 2021, 😭 Loudly Crying Face became the most popular emoji on Twitter. It held this position until January 2022, when 😂 Face with Tears of Joy returned as the top emoji on the platform.
Loudly Crying Face Emoji Meaning
“uncontrollable laughter, pride or overwhelming joy”? Why the hell is the mouth in the shape of a frown then?
These are the emojis suggested as common when opening the emoji keyboard on my phone. It’s not until the 27th emoji that something negative shows up. These are from the “most frequently used” section of the emoji keyboard.

Under what algorithm is the frequent/common list completely ignored? Or, taken into consideration, sees nothing positive, so it suggests something negative and never been used before?
